Terms and Conditions
Trading on AW site is governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
All prices are in $AUD and GST inclusive.
Online payment may only be made via Paypal.
During these difficult times we are still committed to fulfilling all existing orders. Please be patient as our turn around times are now dependent on the continuity of wallpaper production and freight companies and may take up to 8 weeks
Goods will be dispatched within 3 weeks of clearance of payment (add 3 extra days for delivery of WA and NT orders). Murals have a lead time of 4-6 weeks from day of purchase.
In-stock only wallpapers will be dispatched within 1 week of payment. Whilst we endeavour to keep our stock levels topped up, at times we can fall short. In a shortfall situation you will be notified by phone or email of the length of expected delay.
Delivery will be made by courier or Australia Post during business hours Monday – Friday.
Courier/Post charge covers one delivery to designated address requiring signature upon receipt. If package is not met by yourself and is returned to us you will be charged for subsequent deliveries.
If you will be unable to receive goods please advise of any special delivery instructions in the assigned box on the order page.
Our site services Australia only. For overseas orders please contact us for a freight charge quote prior to proceeding with order.
A small wallpaper sample approximately A4 size may be purchased in your required design(s) prior to order to confirm hues and textures will meet expectations.
Samples will be dispatched within 1 week – unless out of stock. Out of stock samples may take up to 30- 60 days for delivery. Please check availability prior to purchase. Sample purchases are non- refundable
All goods are supplied in good faith. In the case of a manufacturing defect our liability is limited to not more than the purchase price of the goods.
In the instance of faulty rolls, our liability ends when you or your installer have opened, checked for faults and proceed with installation.
We will not accept claims for defective reimbursement if you apply more than 1 roll or 3 drops to the wall.
Under no circumstances will we be liable for installation expenses or damage as a result of installation of faulty wallpaper.
Orders can only be processed after the supply of correct information.
Details of order must be checked thoroughly by purchaser as there is no refund for incorrect choice.
Confirmations will be sent to your e-mail address.
Special delivery instructions must be stipulated at this part of the order procedure.
Payment will be processed securely by Paypal. AW will not have access to these details.
For assistance with estimating number of rolls required we you can email us prior to order with accurate wall dimensions, ie height and length in centimetres. Or you could use the wallpaper calculator in the description page.
Should you choose to use our Wallpaper Calculator facility, please note we offer this as a guide only and take no responsibility for over or under ordering. The calculator is only as accurate as your measurements. If in doubt contact store for further assistance or check with your wallpaper installer.
While we are happy to assist you with a roll estimate, we are not responsible should our estimate result in an over or under supply of rolls for your job.
If you require more rolls to complete the job please contact us with the product code and batch numbers.
Variations in colour will occur due to photography and monitor calibration. Annandale Wallpaper recommends the purchase of a sample prior to placement of order as a more accurate indication of colour.
Please note: we do not refund or exchange if a sample was not purchased and the item you receive does not suit the purpose intended.
Refunds will only be given for defective items, providing the faulty item is returned to us.
Claims for faulty products must be made within 28 days of receipt.
Claims for defective goods cannot be made if more than 3 drops or 1 roll of wallpaper have been applied to the wall.
To have a claim assessed please e-mail us :
1. Invoice number
2. Wallpaper serial code and batch numbers
3. Brand of adhesive paste used
4. Amount of drops applied to wall
5. Digital image of the fault
If we determine the wallpaper to be defective we will replace rolls or reimburse you.
We do not refund if a sample was not purchased and the item you receive does not suit the purpose intended.
Strictly no refunds, exchange or returns for incorrect choice, change of mind, over ordering, under ordering, left over rolls.
NO RETURNING OF PRODUCTS WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORISATION FROM ANNANDALE WALLPAPERS
Any products returned without prior authorisation become the property of Annandale Wallpapers and will only be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.
No cancellations allowed once you proceed with the purchase and paid for with your credit card.
